The Senior High School Band Trip will be in Disneyland this year. QEBPA is working with the Band Director and Ellison Tours to ensure that the trip will be a success!

Mandatory Parent Information Meeting: February 21 at 6pm
Disneyland Final Payment Due: Feb 2
The final payment for the trip is due on February 2 and can be paid at the QEHS business office. They accept cash, cheques, debit or credit. If you would like to use QEBPA band credits towards your payment you have until February 1 to fill out the Disneyland credits form to request the transfer of your credits to QEHS.
Total trip cost $2300 + $110 insurance (Installments: $500, $800, $1000)

How do I use my child's fundraising credits to pay for trip expenses?
Can I pay for my child's trip electronically?
Yes, if you are registered with QEBPA to submit e-transfers then you can pay trip expenses this way. If you are not registered sign-up using the e-Transfer sign-up form.
I would like to volunteer for the band trip. Do I need a criminal record check?
Yes. You need to submit the paperwork with Queen Elizabeth's main office. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
If I volunteer for the band trip as a Parent Supervisor will my expenses be covered?
Yes. Meals, travel, and accommodation will be either paid for or reimbursed by the QEBPA. Please contact the volunteer coordinator for the trip and they will provide you with more details.
